Gigging 101 gave artists and bands based in Kirklees and the wider West Yorkshire area a chance to improve their gigging and touring opportunities. This included two workshops that covered performance skills and stage dynamics, which helped hone and develop this area of a performers stage presence. There was an additional opportunity to be professionally filmed performing live in front of a camera team, giving us a free high quality audio and video to promote ourselves.
The workshops ran from the end of May to early August 2024 culminating in the live performance.
Our thanks to all those involved, from the organisers to the guest speakers and other artists who attended, we had a great time.
